I started my professional career at 18 in the U.S. Air Force , serving six years as a Crew Chief on F-16 fighter jets. My role quickly scaled to overseeing a fleet of F-16s in the South Pacific, where I learned the importance of precision, leadership, and operational efficiency

During my service, I earned my B.A. , and immediately after completing my military contract, I pursued my MBA to apply the same principles of systems, quality control, and execution to the business world. After transitioning into the private sector, I became employee #3 at an LA-based marketing firm , where I built and scaled the company’s sales and customer service departments from scratch. I hired, trained, and managed 150+ employees , optimized internal systems, and led the largest enterprise account on DialPad software . Within three years, we took the company to an IPO , and I successfully exited. From there, I worked directly with executives and entrepreneurs, helping them optimize their businesses through better systems, automation, and leadership execution. In the past 24 months, I acquired a failing accounting firm and turned it around in record time. Within the first year, I eliminated 60% of wasteful overhead , increased sales by 125%, and significantly expanded profitability. Now, I work with business owners to audit their operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement high-impact solutions that increase efficiency and profitability.
